Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns if the item is:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Includes original tags (if applicable)
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to inventory availability).

Items returned with signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage cannot be accepted. Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

1. Email us at support@gainsprotocol.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We’ll send you a return label or instructions based on your location.
3. Pack the items securely with the original tags and drop off the package at the carrier location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
